With our production capabilities, Spring Manufacturing Corp. makes custom wire forms in any configuration. We operate a state of the art facility and use various technologies to cost-effectively produce small to large volumes of custom wire form products. Our engineers get involved in every wire form design, whether it is to review the drawing and specifications for manufacturability or help customers develop a better design solution. We produce wire forms from various metals, and no shape is too unusual, uncommon, or complicated for us.

Our equipment lineup includes automatic and manual machinery for wire cutting, bending, forming, and straightening. We have a large arsenal of tooling for producing close tolerance wire form shapes. Most tools have the flexibility to create multiple wire designs, which allows us to accelerate wire form fabrication. We work with a comprehensive range of metals, such as stainless steel, music wire, beryllium copper, CRS, and high-value alloys like Inconel®, Elgiloy®, Hastelloy®, and titanium. Each of these metals has different formability, and we tailor the wire forming process to obtain the best and most consistent results.

We produce custom products from wire with a diameter anywhere in the 0.005" to 0.250" range. Our manufacturing processes are continuously monitored to ensure consistent quality, from the first part to last, one batch to the next. We accept orders for a single prototype or up to one million units or more. With customers in the aerospace, military, medical, and other demanding markets, we are accustomed to upholding a very high level of accuracy and complying with industry standards.
